After studying international practices in the organization of the administrative services, post observation of the most effective institutions in the field of tourism around the world and after consultations with relevant experts, it was realized by SCTA that its administrative and organizational structure should be made consistent with the requirements of the national tourism industry, as well as other requirements of of the foundation stage, such as the conclusion of partnerships, support and supervision etc. Accordingly, a modern, flexible and open administrative regulation has been adapted to address the abov. Initially to suit the foundation stage, and then to fit the needs of a well developed tourism industry, that responds to a steady progress. With this perspective, the Commission has taken a number of initiatives in the administrative area. It established productive and specialized programs; new departments were created for the operation of foundation phase in accordance with the planning and studies recommendations. This was the first goal set by the Commission as the main challenge to be addressed.
