The studies conducted by the SCTA recommended establishing the National Holding Company for Tourism Development (the Company) and the Tourism Development Fund (the Fund) in order to accelerate the development of the tourism sector in the kingdom and support tourism development and investments.
The Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) wishes to utilize the expertise of consulting firms / offices through a public competition to carry out the economic, financial, and legal feasibility studies to establish the National Holding Company for Tourism Development and the Tourism Development Fund.
As a first step, SCTA will qualify consulting firms / offices wishing to submit their competitive bids so as to ensure getting the best services and a fair competition.
