The structure of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) is one of the best experiences in the world due to testimony of influential organizations in tourism industry across the world and due to support and advice of expert international firms.
The structure was developed to meet the requirements of the national tourism industry, and address the needs of its foundation phase itself, such as administration and support, monitoring of partnership programs, nationally and internationally, develop administrative systems and to achieve tasks and reach sought goals scientifically and systematically.
SCTA's structure is distinguished with flexibility, and it designed for renewal and modernization so as to meet tourism industry’s evolving needs, and to respond consistently to tourism industry’s development and expansion.
Consequently, SCTA took a number of initiatives in the administrative area, such as the establishment of specialized and advanced departments necessary for the functioning of its constituents, developing specialized and productive programs, all in line with the objectives of the Planning and Studies, which was the first goal, set by SCTA for itself as a main challenge to be addressed.
